Title: Stand your ground/castle doctrine
Post by: Virgil0211 on April 25, 2012, 03:29:54 PM
Reason.com recently ran a story about a woman facing 20 years for using a gun to defend herself from an abusive husband whom she had a restraining order against.

OK, that needs an appeal (which should go through without difficulties) and a complaint to the internal judicial review process for rather dramatically stupid errors from the trial judge.
