Looks like it, although my first instinct when seeing the site is that it's been hacked. There seems to be plenty of corroborating evidence, though, especially the videos from dprjones.

Sad, really. He was fun.

Well, it would not be the first time someone has had their YouTube account suspended/closed and then their fans started to repost their downloaded videos.
