OK, I do believe we have the winner of the "How badly can a university fuck over a student with a false sexual harassment allegation" contest. This is the first one I've seen that resulted in a death.
Considering this is my Alma Mater it's painful to read about. That being said the nomination should go to the Administrators specifically Heather Snow - VP of Student Affairs and Daniel Moore - Academic Integrity associate director. The University actually has policies that define how Title IX complaints are investigated and require some form of due process (whether or not it's good enough you be the judge) which were NOT followed.
Also I think this falls squarely in the "Idiot Extraordinaire" category.
